Do you provide general roadside assistance?
No. Emergency Tyre Assistance is for tyres and spare wheels only. We do not handle engine faults, batteries, fuel delivery, lockouts, towing or damaged wheel and rim repairs.
How quickly can you get to me?
Call us and we will confirm current availability and an ETA. Response times depend on where the van is, your location and the tyre or equipment needed, so we do not promise a fixed arrival time online.
What will emergency tyre assistance cost?
We quote the full price by phone before dispatch. The price depends on your location, what has happened and whether you need a repair, a spare-wheel change or a replacement tyre.
Can every roadside puncture be repaired?
No. Tread punctures can often be repaired, but sidewall, shoulder and blowout damage cannot be repaired safely. We can fit a usable spare or quote a replacement tyre where available.

At roadside locations throughout our existing service area across Sydney. Call with your road and suburb so we can confirm availability and an ETA.

We take emergency tyre calls seven days a week, 7am to 7pm. This is not a 24-hour service.
